Airtel Officially Launches 4G LTE Network In Ibadan

Finally Airtel Nigeria has launched 4G LTE network with Ibadan, the Oyo State capital being the beneficiary of this great service. It was launched on Tuesday and now Ibadan residents can now enjoy the Airtel 4G LTE service on their various devices.

Speaking at the launching of the new service, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Airtel Nigeria, Mr. Segun Ogunsanya, said 4G LTE works faster than the earlier services, further saying that the company chose Ibadan as pioneer city to launch the new product because it remains city of many firsts not only in Nigeria but in Africa.

The Oyo state governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi who was represented by the deputy governor, Chief Moses Alake-Adeyemo applauded Airtel Nigeria for picking out Oyo state as the first point of lauching the 4G LTE service in the country.
